Pool School App

Hi Folks,

We've downloaded the Pool Math app onto an iPad so that we can quickly determine how of what chemical we need to add to our pool. However, I cannot sign onto the app with my TFP user name and password no matter what I do. I must have tried at least a hundred times...

Does anyone have some guidance that can help me get logged onto the app?

In the interim, we just use Safari to go to the website with pool math and use that, which is fine, but not being able to log onto the app is bugging me.

First suggestion I’d toss out is to use your email address and password as it should work. If that doesn’t work can you email me at [email protected] and I’ll assist you out.

Ok, next time I'll log in with the email address we signed up with.

By the way, we LOVE poolmath! It works perfectly for us and our pool. Many kudos and thanks to whoever developed it.

It seems I may have had an older version of the app. After deleting and downloading the app again, signing in with my email address worked. Thank you!
