Around 6 years ago I joined this forum and began the process of learning about pools.
5 years ago I built a great pool and have loved it ever since (you guys make pool maintenance so easy)

I just bought a new home (good-by my beautiful pool) and it has an ancient pool that is in need of everything.
The company that I used to build my first pool, doesn't travel to this area, so I can't use them
Pool in signature is my original pool, have to wrap my head around what to write about this new one.

Does anyone have a PB they recommend for a remodel?

General list of needs:
New plaster (please show cost for regular plaster vs quartz based vs aquabright)
New skimmer (current pool only has 1 skimmer not enough)
New pool cleaner attachment point
New pool cleaner (something along Polaris 380, currently using a zodiac barracuda, the major issue is it steals power from single skimmer and gets bound up in the pecans and acorns)
Possible pool cleaner booster pump if needed
Automation
Fix current pool light (casing pops out)
New decking (aprox square ft as existing) probably using rainbow pea gravel
French drain for the pool equipment area and roof gutters
Some form of drain for garage gutters since they will spill onto the new deck
Price allowance for new coping and tiles.
Will the pool plumbing need to be redone?

yeah almost feels like in putting in a brand new pool.
