Pool Pump Turns On Then Turns Off (Already Changed Cap)

I have a pool motor that turns on but then turns off and trips the breaker. I replaced the capacitor but this did not fix the issue. I also reached inside and was able to freely spin the impeller.

So is there anything else I can do to fix it or is the motor need replacement?

Which motor? How old? Which pump?

The motor is used for Paramount PCC2000 Infloor Cleaning System.
