My pool pumps on-off switch had two pieces of like pressed cardboard hooked to a control arm and then hooked to two pieces of metal. When you move the control arm up, it pushes the two pieces of metal into place, which makes contact and turns the pump on. The two little connectors broke so the control arm on the outside is useless. I did a ton of research and can't find anything. I have pictures to help give you an idea of what I am talking about.
