Pool pump not filtering water

I cleaned my cartridge today, and after re placing the filter I don’t see my pressure PSI meter rising, nor I see my water movement in pool filter. I’ve ensured I’ve replaced the filter cartridge properly so what could have gone wrong.

All valves opened to their correct position? Is the pump catching prime?

Did you clean and lube the pump basket lid with non-teflon lube? Did you do the same to the tank seal?

Many tank seals specify no lubrication due to how they are reinforced/constructed. Only lube a tank seal if called out by the mfr spec.
