Any thoughts on this noise? Video link uploaded to YouTube video. Cleaned out basket and impeller. Noise just recently started. Cleaning did not change noise.

What speed is the pump running at?
How does the noise change with the pump speed?
Did the nose start when the weather got cold?
Sounds like the fan rubbing against the shroud.

2800 rpm - freeze protection on
Before the freeze, I didn’t notice the noise but I only run the pump usually at around 1500-1600 rpm during normal days for about 6-8 hours in the winter.

The system was able to get off of freeze protection today. As it got warmer during the day, the noise wasn’t appreciable at the low 1600 rpm. I even ran the pump at our spa setting with no noise. Seems related to the cold, maybe? I will continue to monitor as the temperature is supposed to increase to our average.
