Diamond Brite
Autopilot Digital Nano

I am getting an error message on my chlorine generator, a Auto Pilot Digital Nano(5 years old) and it has stopped generating chlorine.

The message is:

Warning!
Low Cell Volts

When I got the error at first the display was bad and not readable. I could only see that it was a warning with low cell something.

So the only warning in the troubleshooting section is low cell amps. So that's what I thought it was. So far I have:

Replaced the display board
Cleaned the cell
Replaced the cell
Replaced the cable between the cell and the unit.

I am still getting the warning, which is not in the trouble shooting section.

Any advice on what to do next?

Have you tried calling Autopilot? I wish I had a better idea.

No, but trying that now. I thought maybe someone here had run across this problem.

You'll need to run some tests through the Test Pool Pilot menu. I have test instructions that I would be happy to provide. If you send me an email at [email protected] I can forward a copy to you.
