I found hairline crack running across the floor in middle of my pool. The pool was resurfaced almost 4 to 5-years ago. The floor is also bubbling up in spots. I did the bucket test and no leaks. I got a guy to do ink test from a company and he said the ink ran into the cracks and out. He determined no leaks. But he says there is delimitation and I could have a structure crack that is not leaking yet. The only way to know is to repair and scrape out. But he will charge me for this and colors will not match.
Because I believe the Pebble Sheen is warranted for 5-years I called the applicators. They tell me over the phone it is probably ground shift that caused this. They are busy and in 15-working days have not come out to see my pool. I sent them photos and still waiting. I feel like I am ignored. I am in Austin. The pool is 20-years old. Never had crack problems before. It had plaster surface before this. The ground is rocky here. What do I do and are theses theory believable? What is the temperature range for application of Pebble Sheen?
