Pool Open and another SLAM event

Open the pool today and yep another year of green. Time to SLAM.

This is getting old.

I guarantee your water temp is over 55-60 degrees in Alabama this time of year. Tell me if I'm wrong please. Other than that, what were your closing procedures?

Water temp is 68, when I closed it I brought it up to shock level and covered it.

Seems like you should consider opening earlier next year to me.

I'm wondering if I should even close it, let it run all year??????

No danger of you freezing in Huntsville. Winter chemical usage is minimal. Circulation requirements minimal. Leaf net it if required during fall.
