Pool noodle hacks ??

I was feeling clever..
This comes in handy for switching baits like a madman. Instead of slowing down to put lure away while fishing I just hook them to the noodle. & placing the noodle in the rod makes for lite traveling.

What are you guys noodling?

I have a motorhome with four slideouts. Those slideouts can nearly skin you or make you see stars if you absent-mindedly stand up while under one. I take pieces of noodle and attach them to the bottom edge of the slides to protect my little pea brain when working down below.

I put them over the gunnals of our aluminum canoe. Keeps your knees and shins injury free. Also makes paddles and fishing rods quieter when setting them down in the canoe.

I don't have any photos but I have cut up and glued pool noodles to make head supports and trunk supports for children with disabilities.

Use them to stop a small child from falling out of bed! A pool noodle tucked under the bottom sheet beside the sleeping child means they can’t roll over it and can’t fall out.
