Pool nightmares

I have been dealing with pools for over 20 years see it all done it all now I’m stumped skimmers is cracked took faceplate off and now vinyl liner screw holes will not align with faceplate what do I do please help me I’m brand new to your forum

Welcome! I'm not so sure you can ever get those exact same holes to line up again. Can you post a pic? Might have to go with a plan B. Maybe @jimmythegreek has an idea?

Drain the pool down a few feet amd use a plunger or glass suction grips to move liner to the holes. Cant do it full of water
