I've had a premium subscription for 1+ year and love it, but a couple months ago the app said I didn't have a subscription and to pay. I figured it had been a year, so I probably owed and paid again. Now, +/- 2 months later, I got a new iPhone, it doesn't recognize that I have a subscription again and wants me to pay for a third time. Tried having it recognize me, logged in and out, shut down program and re-opened. Even deleted my pool and re-entered it, still wants me to pay. A little annoying to have to do the work around to figure out what my pool needs and there's no one to call to get it fixed. Suggestions?

I've had to redo multiple times too but funny enough even though I redo it it doesn't actually "charge" me but does load up my stuff then

Can you also try to logout? Hopefully I’ve updated things so it doesn’t occur again.

Well now I know I'm not the only one having this problem. I've logged out and logged back in and it works for a while but then it pops back up. My subscription runs through 6/1/22 but it says I have to renew. I've been clicking renew and it fixes it...for a while.
