I've had a premium subscription for 1+ year and love it, but a couple months ago the app said I didn't have a subscription and to pay. I figured it had been a year, so I probably owed and paid again. Now, +/- 2 months later, I got a new iPhone, it doesn't recognize that I have a subscription again and wants me to pay for a third time. Tried having it recognize me, logged in and out, shut down program and re-opened. Even deleted my pool and re-entered it, still wants me to pay. A little annoying to have to do the work around to figure out what my pool needs and there's no one to call to get it fixed. Suggestions?
