@Leebo, my yearly renewal was auto paid thru Google a couple of days ago. I logged test results/added a note since then, no problem. Went to add a note this morning, and the app is asking me to subscribe to premium.

When you can, please have a look and let me know what the issue is? Thanks very much. I have not logged out, so haven't changed any info.

If you log out and log back in it normally fixes the subscription update.
