Pool math show negative values

I been using pool math for a year, and today i went to put acid in and it shows i need to add -24000 oz of acid. I can't figure out how to fix the amounts. Any ideas?

Can you screen shot and post the pages from the app? A number somewhere is not correct.

This is the first time i have had an issue.

Check your “Current pH” as it’s missing the decimal. Currently it’s showing 78…….and that’s messing the math all up.
