This morning when I opened Pool Math, it failed to open and asked if my phone fell in the water. When it finally opened, it was to the initial start up page, asking about my pool size, etc. I tried logging out and back in, but it told me it could not find my email address in the system. I do not recall if I used Apple, Google, or email & p/w to originally register. So are my logs lost permanently? I had maintenance and chemistry and expenses all in the Pool Math log and losing that will not be a good thing. Thank you.

Pool Math app connectivity problems this morning?
May 25 2024 8AM Central time... I am unable to save logs. Noticed there was an updated, updated the app, it's unable to sync. Tried on my wifi and on cellular. Wondering if it's a me issue... or something else is going on.

Thanks. Any suggestions as to signing back into the app? I do not think my forum ID and app ID were the same.

Once the system is up, I would suggest you email [email protected] and have your login information synced up with the Forum. That way you can share the pool logs on the forum. That helps us work with members on chemistry issues.
