Pool Math App / TF-100 Kit

Hello,

I'd like to get some feedback on Total Alkalinity. I have a 17K gal. plaster pool. My Pool Math App states the TA range should run between 50-90. The TF-100 Kit instructions recommend 100-120 for a manually chlorinated pool. I'm currently running at 60. What should I adjust for?

Welcome to the forum!
Follow the app. It follows the Recommended Levels. Your TA of 60 ppm is fine.
The test kit uses the Taylor suggested ranges. TFPC does not follow those parameters.
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.
