Pool maintenance and solar heat repair in St. Pete Beach

Sorry if this is a wrong Forum, it's being awhile since my last post...

We just purchased house in St. Pete Beach with pool and spa. As this is vacation property,looking for reliable company to maintain the setup.

Also, we have 9 4x12 Solar Panels on the roof which seem to be leaking. I called local company and 300$ later, still leaking...

Here is a bump just in case someone new sees it and has some ideas.

Do any of your neighbors have pools? If so talk to them and see who they use. You know it goes though...........they will not take as good of care of your pool as you so........
