Hi guys I just have a question.. I have a concrete pool that has a liner in it. The pool is only 12 months old. 6 months ago I started seeing little creases on my steps and all the lining had come away from the corners of the pool. I rang the installer and asked him to come and have a look and he agreed to fix it. (Well he didn’t turn up). Now the liner on the steps and a few places on the floor moves. It’s like it has air in it. Can anyone tell me what this is? And what I should do??

That almost sounds like you are getting water behind/under the liner. 
Can you post some pics of the pool., steps, and any suspect areas? It might help.
