Pool leaking after opening

I opened my pool today and got everything started. After pulling the cover off the pool the water level was high (just about top of skimmers). After about 45 minutes of the pool running I noticed the water level was about 1.5/2 inches lower. Then I noticed a portion of my lawn which is a low spot was filling with water. After shutting off the equipment and with the water level lowering so fast my best guess was that the plumbing is busted underground. The pool was plugged and the skimmers sealed the whole winter and as I said the water level upon opening was very high. Once it was running we started seeing all the water flowing into the yard. I am asking if anyone has any other ideas or troubleshooting methods to try to pinpoint location or area of plumbing such as supply side or return side. If you need more info to be helpful just let me know and I'll try to get what you need. Thanks!

Could you post a picture of your equipment pad, pool, and the wet area of the yard? Probably the best you can do at this point is to dig where it is wet and see if you find the broken line.

Where is the low spot puddle in relation to everything else? Where is your discharge for your waste setting ? The valve could be turned there by accident or broken and leaking to waste. You should be able to tell if you are losing that much water from the equipment and rule out the whole rest of the area above ground.

if that doesn’t appear to be the case, Run the pump until the puddle forms again and trace the wet ground uphill until it’s dry. If you dig there you will probably find the leak.

Ok, I have some pics to try to illustrate exactly whats going on here. When the pool is off there is no water loss and no water collecting into the yard. The difficult part here is the large concrete area outside the pool so I can't just start digging.
The pictures:
In any picture I've marked the skimmers with green and the returns with blue and the water leaking with a red arrow. Also, I tried to get closer and closer to the spot in question with each pic so you can follow everything. The big yellow arrow on the wide shot is where my equipment is. The equipment is actually about another 15 yards in that direction so its not right out of view. The last picture with the two red arrows is where the water is collecting and moving down hill.
