Pool help!!!! Getting whats left of water out!!!!

So I need to fix the plaster on my pool and I need to take out what's left of the water out of the pool its maybe about a foot and a half but it's a good significant amount which would take about 20 to 30 buckets to take out. My motor doesnt seem to be able to get the water out. Is there a special water pump that I an use to do this?

You need a sump pump. Sounds like you used your pool pump to drain the pool. Not a good idea.

You can buy a low price sump pump from Harbor Freight, Amazon, etc.

Does it have to be a submersible sump pump or it doesnt really matter?

Yes get a submersible pump One that’s rated for low water. Nothing fancy. Harbor freight has em for very cheap. Cheers
