This has been and still is a long process. But I'll get ya up to speed.
My Father-in-Law gave me and my wife a pool. A big pool. 33' x 54'' big. We started the pad for the pool back in November 2014 after we built the 1st deck. We didn't have enough material for all of it so we were in search of dirt or rock. Finally found someone to bring some fill in around the end of April 2015. Then came the rains. Rained nearly the whole month of May, off and on in June. So we never got our dirt. We finally was able to rent a dozer to pull dirt down to the pool pad. Got it level then ordered the sand. Sand came in, leveled it out, and erected the pool. Ordered a liner, got it in, put it up...now water...liner issues, reset the liner...all good now. Wait had a small hole to patch...ok now all good...fill 'er up!
Talk to the deck builder, order lumber, begin deck #2...
Here are some pics up to this point...once I can load them.
