After noticing a hairline crack grow from 3’ to 13’ in less than a year I decided to follow it. I didn’t think much of it, except when I looked in the leveler and noticed that hairline crack on the surface is going through the entire depth of the concrete. Now that the crack has passed over its 3rd expansion joint, I assume it’s cracked through the entire 4” of decking.
Is this normal for 20 year old concrete? I’ve never seen concrete crack like this all the way through. Usually that means the ground underneath has eroded.
