I only skimmed the thread but got a good look at the pic in operation up in post #2.

If you haven't already modified it, your droplets are too big. Make them smaller, make your fountain "spray" even mist-like, and you will see a dramatic improvement

Roger that, may look at other options next season. This was purchased as is, I can't really make the holes smaller so would need to new pipe. I do worry if the mist is too fine, with the winds we get, I'd lose a lot of that. Do you have a link to a picture of how it would look? Thanks
