If you are interested in knowing what goes into building a pool, here is a start to finish video in just 2.5 minutes.

My project started Jan 4. The pool was completed in 2 months. Of all the trades, tile took the longest. I created a fast motion of the entire project with my security camera footage.

It's really cool to watch it happen so quickly.

That's fun to watch! Looks great and your build is going a lot faster than ours we are on month 6...

Oh man the tile guys on our pool are so sloooowww. This is our second pool we have built and I do not remember tile taking so long on our last pool. They have been working on it a week and a half and left the Saturday when they just had the last 6' or so on the spa left. Which of course means this is two more trips with grouting.

Wow, they couldn't just spend an extra hour and finish the job? Frustrating. With me I watched as one tile guy was installing the waterfall tile. He would walk to the stairs in the shallow end to get out of the pool and to his saw, which was behind the water fall in the deep end. He did this for each and every cut. I thought "that's a waste of time". Finally, after 4 hours, the boss showed up and put the saw in the pool and he only had to turn around to make a cut.
