Give it some time. As the water circulates with the pump running the filter should catch the sediment.

That is very hard to see 
I have a sad for you.
Here is some helpful ideas for you.........
-Call the PB and tell him to come out to show you how to rinse the filter NOW. That will be the biggest help to clean that dirt.
-You can also get skimmer socks from Lowes or such. Some people also use knee highs. This is kind of like a pre-filter. To me every little bit helps. Here is a link to what they look like.

The most important thing is for the filter to be clean enough to catch new stuff.
