Pool cleaner pump on but cleaner not moving , no pressure!

Hi all
I’ve been having problems with my Pentair racer cleaner. The booster pump kicks on and sometimes the cleaner never moves or gets pressure and sometimes it takes a couple hours to go on sometimes it doesn’t go on at all. The pump kicks on, but I’m not sure exactly what’s wrong with it. Any suggestions before I go buy a new pump?

The wall fitting has no pressure coming out of It so it’s not a cleaner issue.

I would disconnect the hose from the booster pump outlet and put it in a large garbage pail and turn on the booster pump and see what water flow you get into the pail. That will give you an idea if the pump is pushing water.

Thank you. Fixed It. Realized that my Pentair actuator valve was pushing too much water to my spa side and the cleaner wasn’t drawing enough water.
