ajw22, Yes I have all the info. I got most of the materials off amazon. It is low voltage, so a transformer was required. To run the wires I drilled a hole where I wanted the fixture on the inside, and also at the bottom of the same beam on the outside, then ran the wire through. Very easy with the help of my wife.
The light fixtures are from VOLT lighting. They only offer the brass color, as far as I’m aware. I would have preferred a black or bronze version, but this is literally the only option I could find that was sized properly. The quality is quite good, no complaints at all after installing 11 of them. They are currently selling them for $65/each, so not cheap when its all added up. In the end its exactly what I was looking for and the cheapest I could find, so I pulled the trigger.
The light bulbs are Simba LED MR16 3.5w 12v bulbs, 2 per fixture. 2700k, but the picture makes them look whiter than reality. They are the perfect “warm white” I was looking for. Currently selling on amazon for $17/6 pack
The Transformer is Malibu Power Pack 200 watt weatherproof transformer. currently selling on amazon for $90, but I caught a deal from amazon warehouse. Also seems to be high quality, no issues to speak of yet. Time will tell with this one.
The wire is Zonegrace 12AWG 2 conductor direct burial wire. Seems like great wire, no complaints. Fit PERFECTLY into my connectors for water tight figment.
The connectors I used are Sunvie Low Voltage Landscape Connectors. They are awesome. Very easy to use, no issues with them but again time could be a factor with these as they are buried underground.
