I suppose I should have worded that comment differently. I’m not saying they shouldn’t feel obligated to fix something the customer doesn’t find acceptable. I just know that most contractors would essentially just…not do that big of a tear up, pretty much ever.

@robertwest Any updates today? I've learned a lot following this thread ? Day 4 was trying, but the outcome was good. I'll write up a report tomorrow morning, as today was exhausting. Half day tomorrow to finish up.

I’ve never doubted that a pool contractor somewhere has pulled up a fiberglass pool to fix their work.
