I am not in construction, however I installed my own inground pool and made some mistakes but would probably do it again. My wife wanted one for her health and did not want to go in debt any further so I started it in July 2022 and closed it in November. I had done fo pavers. Well enough for first entry. Thanks for listening am scared have not swam yet and having skimmer trouble. I will post a picture next time

First off you need to get your own test kit. Yeah the pool store will test it for "free" for you BUT is it really free when you walk out with your harms full and your wallet empty??
