Pool Bonding Fitting, Cantilever Coping using Pavers

Does anyone have a fitting to use to bond cantilever coping {vinyl liner pool} when pavers will be installed on top of them. All of the fittings I see would be too tall to screw or bolt in and then install a paver on top.

How do you bond the coping when using cantilever coping and pavers?
 
The pavers do not be bonded independently to a cantilevered concrete deck.

You bond together the pool structure, water, equipment and deck to the equipment. If you have rebar in the concrete deck that can connect to the pool bonding grid.

The liner track will be sitting on metal pool walls which are bonded. I don’t thing a bonding wire needs to be connected to the liner track.

@jimmythegreek can confirm.
