Recently had a pool that sat for years and had to do a lot of work. The pool base needed a lot of patching and they are suppose to come put the liner in tomorrow.
The patch work so far I’m unsure about as it’s not even plus lacking in areas with and wanted to get some input on it to make sure they do it right before they throw the liner in.

Have they seen your pool in it's current state? Hard to imagine anyone would try to install a liner on that. Have you had your plumbing pressure tested? I'd be concerned about the main drain since from the pictures it appears you only have one.
skimmer had to be completely replaced and they had on the receipt they also pressure tested the lines. Correct there is only one main drain.
