I’ve struggled with algae last year . I was maintaining all my levels to the best I could. I never had green water but green spots on bottom I would have to brush. Should I add a polyquat to my routine ? Is it toxic ?

The answer is always "use more chlorine". What is your free chlorine and CYA levels?
