Polymer Pool walls question

Hello, I have a question about polymer pool walls . When I had my pool instaled last season there has always been small bowing at seems for each panel?
Is this normal to see with polymer walls? Should be flush it seems like?

Anyone ever heard of a pool contractor using PVC for Polymer pool wall Bracing? instead of using the supplied bracing?

The panels should be bolted and flush. The bracing is integral to the walls integrity amd each manufacturer has their own system. PVC is not a substitute
