Maybe someone that knows more than me can chime in, but I think you are just supposed to clean the niche. You're not supposed to open up the light fixutre.

The light fixture comes out of the niche as 1 piece then can be laid on the pool deck while you clean the niche

I tested this am and my OCLT was at 1.0! A week of slamming but I think I'm there. . When should I test the other levels to make sure I'm ok?

If you have passed all 3 end of slam criteria you can allow the fc fall to target range levels
FC/CYA Levels
Then check ph once you’re below 10ppm.
All the other things can be tested anytime.
