Wheels just about turning. Would stop altogether with the slightest pressure on any of the wheels. Found all tie wraps (applied at manufacture to hold the internal pipes in place) were broken and adrift. Two of the tie wraps had found their way into the water jet / paddle wheel drive assembly and were causing a drag on the paddle wheel and partially blocking the water jet that turns the paddle wheel. If you have a similar problem look closely for any debris inside the paddle wheel and drive gears. One of the tie wraps was only visible after shaking the unit upside down for a few seconds. For those new to Polaris, don't be afraid to pull them apart. They are a simple construction, just remember not to tighten any retaining screws too tight, you are retaining plastic using a metal screw. Use a drop of Loctite if in doubt.
