Polaris QT Blower-Spa no bubbles

So tried to fire up the Jacuzzi this past weekend, first time after the Houston hard freeze.
The heater is working, but when I turned on the blower, it was turning on just not getting any bubbles in the Jacuzzi.
I opened up the blower, that foam around the edges is all brittle and deteriorating. Besides that I didn't notice anything else that would cause an issue

Tried going to the pool store for advise, but they were clueless. What type of foam can i buy to replace the one in the blower?
Any other advise on troubleshooting getting the spa to work correctly. Couldn't see anything clogged into the line where the blower goes.

Any insight on how the blower works or advise would help.

Welcome to TFP.

Yeah, that foam deteriorates over time. When I had the same situation in my blower I found someone selling an almost new but inoperative blower on ebay that I used as a parts donor, I didn't need to go further then that can try and find out the type of foam or a source for a small quantity of it.

So keep an eye on ebay and other sites where used stuff is sold.
