New to this site and thought I would try here for some assistance.
I am new to pool ownership and also having a pool robot. When we bought our house it came with the P965iQ and we have successfully used it for the last 7 months with no issue. I am now having an issue where the system just turns off when I try and start a cycle. I plug in the unit, drop the robot into the water, wait for it to get to the bottom and press the button to start the cycle. Less than 10 seconds in the unit shuts off. I have tried plugging it back in and it does the same thing.
Troubleshooting I have tried so far:
1. Cleaning the basket
2. Removing the cover and making sure nothing is caught in the propeller.
3. Removed the cord (with 4 pins) and making sure there is no debris in there.
Not sure what left to do. Any suggestions?
