Polaris 280 back end staying above ground and circling

My Polaris 280 just randomly starting going in small circles and the back tires will not stay down to make contact with the ground. Any thoughts? All the wheels are engaged with the gear mechanism.

Also, tail isn’t sweeping. Pressure relief valve is working fine. I bought a new back up valve to see if that is the problem.

One of the jets may be clogged. Take it apart and blow some compressed air back through each jet.

A suction leak at the pump (bad lid "O" ring?) will inject air into the system and cause this also.
