Plumbing leak at pump

Is there any way to fix this leak without changing out pipe? If I need to cut it what all is involved? Looks like the pipe is threaded into the pump?

One is the pump that leaks and other one that is fine

You will have to cut the pipe in order to try to fix the leak ... that one looks like a mess with all the silicone and electrical tape? (neither of which is ever going to help).

You many need to cut the veritcal pipe and add a union fitting to allow you to remove, clean/replace, and then use pipe dope to try to seal it again.
