Low psi, pump basket not filling, waterfall not flowing 100%

Pay close attention at first. Either for this time, or just filed away into good knowledge to have, short filter cycles almost always point to algae. So if it seems better after cleaning but trails off quickly,
Overnight Chlorine Loss Test

Many times wonky flow issues from algae get overlooked with clear water. But if you pass an OCLT, then we know we have time to fiddle with whatever else it may be. :)
This is helpful. I turned everything off over the winter so the pool is NOT clean. I started cleaning it last week/running the pump but that’s when I noticed the leak that was soon replaced. i didn’t notice the flow issue until after the pipe was replaced. I was slamming the pool when I noticed the leak and didn’t notice a flow issue that that time but the pump was only running for a like a day and a half before I turned it off bc I saw the leak.

To help us help you, please take a series of pictures of the pad. Left to right. Include everything, including labels. You pictures cut off portions of labels and portions of equipment. Makes it hard to diagnose.

As @Newdude indicated, OCLT results will help us. Link-->Overnight Chlorine Loss Test

CF,

Did you check the SWCG when you had the filter disassembled???

Your last pics shows the system in the Pool mode.. This means the Intake valve is set to suck all the water from the Pool.. In theory, is it impossible for the spa to drain down, becasue the Spa drain is shut off..

The only way the Spa can drain down is if the Automated Intake valve is broken inside, or somehow, the handle is not pointing to the same spot as the inside diverter...

When you say the Spa drains down, you mean way down, not just a inch or so.. If it drains all the way down the pump will just suck air.

I suggest that you take the actuator off of the Intake valve and inspect the Jandy valve itself and make sure it is still in one piece.. You may need to take the lid off the top of the Jandy valve in make sure the diverter is still in one piece and the main diverter seal is ok..

Note... The actuator screws are much longer than the normal Jandy screws.. Do NOT put in the Jandy valve without the actuator in place..

Thanks,

Jim R.
