PloyGroup (Summer Waves) & Intex 24x12 liners interchangeable?

Will a Summer Waves 24x12 liner fit directly on/in an Intex UltraFrame 24x12 frame?
Do the holes in the liner that accommodate the frame structure match/lineup with the same in the 2 brands?

It's advertised w/$150 shipping charge & "30 day returns. Buyer pays for return shipping", so i'm not going down that rabbithole

lined it up today & appears they're close enough to go ahead tear the Intex down, relevel/set ground/pavers, replace some rusted frame pieces & install a SummerWaves liner.

Didn't expect this
with the water drained, but i guess the adhesion of the liner to the frame is keeping it standing.
