We just had our pool put in and immediately noticed that there were white spots all over the plaster. We asked our pool builder about it and he said to just keep brushing it and it would get better. Well it’s now been 2 months and it looks worse. After spending so much money on a pool we are so upset that it looks like this. What could the issue be? Can we fix it?
