Plaster Installer in Orange County, Ca SoCal?

Our tiling is wrapping up and we are getting much closer to final inspection and plaster. Unfortunately, everyone (except one company that was way beyond our price range) are busy, and most plaster companies won’t even call back. Was wondering if any of you used a company that you had a good experience with.
