Placement of skimmer gaskets

Hi

mom replacing the skimmer in my inground vinyl pool. I’m using the Admiral s15 skimmer.
I have some rust on the wall which I’ve cut out and will rivet a patch panel on to attach the new skimmer. My questions are

1. how many gaskets should I use and what is the placement?
A-1 between skimmer and wall, 1 between wall and liner & 1 between faceplate and liner
Or
B-1 between skimmer and wall & 1 between faceplate and liner
Or
C-1 between wall and liner & 1 between face plate and liner

also what should I use to hold the gaskets in place wheel attaching screws?
