This information may be helpful to those out there "battling" with High Phosphates affecting their ORP controllers.

The Total Control Pool Pilot that we are using has been struggling to achieve its set point for a couple of weeks now. So, I opened the lines of communication with The Service Tech
and did a bunch of TFP research on Phosphates.
The Service Tech for the Pool Pilot, was adamant about reducing Phosphates in the water to help "clear up" the water, so the ORP reader can achieve its set point.
Much to my chagrin, I bought some PR.

HERE WE GO -

Water chemistry -
35,000 community pool
Ph 7.4
Alk 70
Cal 300
CYA 40
FC - 3.0- 6.0(varied across the 9 day span)
Salt - 3200
Phosphates - 1000+

These numbers below are across a 9 day period

Days 1-9 (all morning tests)
ORP reading Set point
598-----------710
646-----------710
630----------- 710 moved to 645
749-----------645 moved to 685
635 -----------685 moved to 670
622-----------670
634-----------670 Phosphate remover added
704-----------670 Moved to 690
634-----------690

the PR maybe had one day of "clearing up" affect. I have continued these same inconsistent numbers from above for the last two weeks.
I have cleaned the Cell and the probes.
Currently the Phosphates are 0, but I can conclude from theses numbers and what I have seen over the last week or so, That
PR does nothing to help "clear up" the water so the ORP reader will work.

I Hope this is a help to others.
