I just refilled my pool after having it resurfaced in aquabrite.
I also us a swg, so the pool company recommended that I use a sequesterant when adding the 880 pounds of salt necessary to get my pool to 3500ppm to negate any of the impurities in the salt.
As such, I used Jack’s magenta. Now I have a phosphate count over 1600.
Normally, I don’t sweat the phosphate level because it’s been under 400 for the last two years. But at this level, I feel that I need to reduce the level.
I would like to know if anyone has a recommendation for a good phosphate remover? I’ve seen PhosFree extra strength mentioned around on the net, but was looking to see if people have had positive experiences with this product, especially at this price point.
