pH Meter

Hi, I ordered a pH meter from TFTests. I was reading the directions and had a couple questions. Can anyone help?
The directions say to calibrate in buffer solution and to recalibrate periodically:
-What is "deionized water" referred to in the buffer solution directions? Where would I get it?
- Do I use the entire envelope for the test? If so, where do I get what I would need to recalibrate in the future
-How often should I calibrate?

For the pH directions t says to clean electrode with distilled water and suck it with filter paper.
-is distilled water the same thing as deionized water? If not, where would I get that?
-Does this needs to be done every single time it is used?
-would filter paper be something like a coffee filter?

It looks like the model number is PH-009(l)A The meter has the initials ATC on it.

Thanks!

You can get deionized water at the grocery store (not distilled or drinking water which are also in the same aisle).

But, that is all the help I am as I just use the color comparator.
