Maybe this is a rookie question. I finally seem to have my water mostly balanced. My ph has been low. Do I simply add the suggested amount of washing soda? Just dump it in the water?

You can point the jets up to aerate/ disturb the surface of the water & raise ph a little without increasing ta. Ph in the 7’s is fine.

When my ph is low, I add 20 mule team borax. Adds some boric acid in addition to raising ph.

Looking at your PoolMath logs, you need more FC ASAP.
TA of 60 is fine. Any pH in the 7s is also fine. Your pH will slowly rise by itself. Aerate if you want to speed up the process.
