PH level and water heaters

Filled the pool portion to half of what the thin black line was, then added the distilled water to the black line.

Hard to tell, but the PH was between 7.5 and 7.8.

Provided I did everything OK, I should be good. Whew. (I stopped using those hockey pucks in the skimmer weeks ago, man.. what a difference)

Looks like your pH is in the normal range. Now we need to get back to what Matt said and get the full picture. In the thread you quoted, I found TA and CYA, but not CH.

It would make things easier, if you posted a complete set of your water parameters here in this thread. Or save them in PoolMath and share your PoolMath logs with the forum.

CH is 375 or 400. Within acceptable range, no?

I will do a full test markup tomorrow and post as well.
