pH - can't keep it up, should I worry?

so for the life of my pool, IG - Fiberglass, my pH would hover around 7.6-7.8. I think I used acid once or twice I its life.

NOW, I can't seem to keep my pH above 7.2 - 7.3 no matter what I do.

I've added enough Borates to where my pH should be above 8, but it still (even with new reagent) wants to hover around 7.3

FC - 6.5
CC - 0
CYA - 60
TA - 90
pH - 7.3

Do I care or is 7.3 just fine and I am worried about nothing.

Borax raises pH but borates will not help with low pH buffering issues. For that, raise your TA up. Try 100ppm TA. If that doesn't work then bump it up to 120ppm. Your pH will come up once you get the right balance between TA and fill water.

Speaking of fill water, what's the pH, TA, CH of your fill water??
